CLiFF 2016, another year of great films
CLiFF 2016 was another year of great films. I was pleased to be able to speak to the audiences and have some great discussions at the Vancouver & District Labour Council, BCGEU, Cinema Politica, and PSAC BC screenings. We were lucky to have filmmaker Neil Vokey join us at the screenings to talk about fan favourite Goodwin’s Way. My thanks to all the hosts who organized CLiFF screenings in BC. We appreciate your support and providing the venues for people to see films about workers, the world of work, and the issues that matter to workers. A very special thanks to the BC Teachers’ Federation who generously provided a donation to the Canadian Labour International Film Festival. CLiFF depends upon donations and volunteers to make this national film festival take place every year across Canada.
